HERE'S A BEAUTIFUL TRIBUTE TO OUR MILITARY MEDICS ! You know, one of the wonderful on-line blogggers who reported on my calendar project to benefit hospitalized Veterans, lovingly dubbed me the "Calendar Angel". I was so touched, but I KNOW THAT THE REAL ANGELS are those medics out in the field who save our troops' lives everyday---along with all the surgical staffs at the hospitals, who work miracles on our wounded warriors. I thank Ralph Vilarreal, who purchased a calendar, for sending in this amazing picture that he found on the internet. Ralph served overseas and told me that this beautiful and heart-touching scene brought back memories of his own military service. It truly is an emotional depiction of our medic heroes.
